Q: What if I want e-commerce, what are my options?

Solo Services uses primarily two products: Miva Merchant, a complete shopping cart package that is browser based and easy for you to manage or Oscommerce, an open source e-commerce package which is very robust and constantly improving.


Q: Why should I choose Solo Services to create a custom logo?

Quality - Solo Services' designers are the same designers creating top quality logos for corporations that spend thousands of dollars on their logos.
Price - For only $265 you can have a corporate image that will rival established, larger corporations. Efficiency - You will see your initial compositions in 120 hours (5 business days).


Q: Can Solo Services design custom business cards too?

Yes. Solo Services offers a business stationery design package that will leverage the unique features of your new custom logo and corporate image. The package is priced at $199 and Solo Services will help you find a local printer that can provide high-quality, affordable color printing. If you buy the stationery with the Gold or Platinum packages, it is discounted $50.00.


Q: How much does it cost to get a custom logo and/or business stationery designed?

There are three logo packages, and a stationery package available:

Silver package: $265 (4-6 original compositions, 2 revision steps)
Gold package: $385 (6-8 original compositions, Unlimited revisions)
Platinum Package: $549 (10 original compositions, Unlimited revisions)
Business Stationery package: $199, includes 2 complete sets of business stationery from which to choose. (business cards, letterhead, #10 envelope) Purchased up front as part of the Gold Corporate ID or Platinum Corporate ID it is discounted $50.00.


Q: Which package should I choose?

This depends mainly on the time you have available, your preferences in reviewing designs, and your budget.
If you think you are fairly selective, and want to have more initial logo designs to review, the Platinum package will be better. You will see at least 10 initial compositions, and you have as many revision cycles as you need to make sure you get all of your adjustments made.

If you are in a hurry and have a tighter budget, then the Gold or the Silver package might be a better option.


Q: Is all of the work handled via the Internet?

Yes. Solo Services is able to provide quality logo design services work because all interaction occurs over the Internet. Projects are started online and the compositions are displayed on your personal project page when they are ready. Solo Services specialists are also available in person in the Baltimore/Washington Metro Area, and by phone at 1.410.992.7654.


Q: Why do I need a company logo?

A professional corporate image can do many things to improve your business. For example: Your business image, and specifically your logo, will have much to do with how your customers think and feel about your business.
Quality logos give your business an immediate air of professionalism. Even if your business is new or less established, a customer will often give the benefit of doubt to a company that looks professional. Every business eventually competes with others. Q: How will I be able to use my logo?

Solo Services will post your original artwork on our website where you will be able to access it for download. In addition, Solo Services will send you a CD with various file formats. You can take this CD to any service provider and they will be able to use your logo as directed by you.


Q: What if I am not satisfied with the work?

We are confident that your design team at Solo Services will meet or exceed your expectations. If after the first round of logo design concepts you are not satisfied with the work, we will refund your payment, less a $50.00 service fee.

Logo Pricing
Pricing is based on a single order for logo design services. Multiple orders may qualify for a discounted rate and may be individually quoted here.


Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

In an effort to make your Solo Services experience as easy as possible, we have developed one low price of $300.00 (US) ($150.00 down / $150.00 upon complete satisfaction of final logo) for all logo purchases. This allows us to extend to our customers a discounted design rate of hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars below our competitors prices. We guarantee that you will not find a company with our talents for less.


Q: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Upon receipt of your completed order form, Solo Services will secure a down payment in the amount of $150.00 (US). The remaining $150.00 (US) will be charged to your credit card upon your complete satisfaction and acceptance of the final approved design (You are under no obligation to pay this second fee if you are not completely satisfied with the choices provided). Once Solo Services has secured final payment, your files will be sent to your em ail address as an Adobe Illustrator IPS, a 300 dip, CONK IF, a 72 dip, and an indexed color IF.


Q: WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

The initial $150.00 (US) fee includes the design of 3 unique logo comes. You may elect to make up to 3 rounds of alterations to any one of the three comes at no extra cost before choosing your final logiest final $150.00 (US) fee includes full ownership rights associated with the logo.

Specialty Print Design Pricing
Q: WHAT OTHER KINDS OF PRINT WORK DO YOU DO?

We can design anything you desire, from a full color Magazine ad ( if supplied with the printer specs for output), a simple order form or brochure.


Q: WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR THESE OTHER SERVICES?

Each unique service or design not covered in our basic packages will be reviewed and priced on an individual basis. All payments will be 50% down and %50 on completion.


Q: WHY DOESN'T YOUR PRICING INCLUDE PRINTING?

We are not a Service Bureau or a printer. We are a design house and since we work for Clients around the world it would not be economical to print and ship completed products across the country or world. If , however you reside locally, in the Baltimore/Washington area, we can take on the responsibility of printing what we create for you. A 20% fee will be added to the cost of the printing to cover our services in this instance.
